The ramps of a mint oil clock and a round village plaza
Oil clock · A scene from Malmu

01

Watch a drop's journey.

Malmu's oil clock is a digital scene of drops flowing from a reservoir through ramps and mechanisms. Shapes and intervals vary to create small changes. It is a scene to watch, rather than a timer for measuring time.

02

Four structures, four moods.

Classic follows honey-colored drops down ramps. Brass wheel combines three buckets and two waterwheels. Porcelain atelier passes liquid through five tiered cups; Moonlit glass connects spirals and siphons.
